Returns and Refunds

 1. Timeframe for Returns: - We accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for UNUSED merchandise within 7 days from delivery.

 2. Order Processing Time: - Our team requires 5-7 days to craft, pack, and dispatch your orders from locations across India.

 3. Exchange Logistics Fee: - For exchanges, a nominal fee of Rs. 200 is applicable to cover basic to-and-fro logistics.

 4. Unboxing Video for Claims: - To facilitate the resolution of manufacturing defects or missing products, please record an unboxing video of your package.

 5. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: - If your order is missing, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Service at customercare@wynberg.in or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Wynberg will handle the pick-up/delivery.

 6. Required Product Condition: - All returned products must have original tags, dust bags, and packaging box intact
